The gîte's characteristics 
Gite of  90 m² in horses' stable of the XVIIIth century converted into a modern and confortable house in the countryside. 1 hectare pound nearby a river in a very wooded landscape. 20' from Angers and  40 ' from Nantes.

Down: :  32 m² Lounge with cheminee (wood included), sofa, TV with cable (TNT), Hifi system and DVD, books, kitchen. Bathroom with a thalasso shower, WC, entry. Up:  2 spacious rooms in the attic(1double bed and 2 single beds). Central radiant heating. Terrace with a relax chair and outside furnitures. You can ask for bikes. Private closed garden. Private car park. We can host horses.

Every local shops 4kms around, warmed swimming-pool far from 12 kms, hikes and fishing at the gîte.
